Dallas Metal Works makes custom plaques. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Production time

Production typically takes 3–8 business days after payment confirmation and, when applicable, approval of your design proof.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: free, with estimated transit of 5–10 business days after production.
• Expedited shipping: estimated transit of 4–6 business days after production, starting at USD 49. The final charge depends on the package and checkout.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact our team before purchasing for a specific event date or destination.

Damage on arrival

Report damage on arrival within 48 hours, including photos of the item and packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for the manufacturing-defect claim process.
